Born of Maya ancestry, Luis Morales Choy has spent over two decades collecting and cataloging the wisdom and knowledge of the Maya people, particularly that of his own grandparents, which until now has only been passed orally from generation to generation. His book, "Maya Healing Wisdom", is his presentation of the culmination of his research, which presents this Maya knowledge and wisdom in their own words. OMEC is pleased and grateful to work with Don Luis Morales Choy and his nephew, Ricardo Tzul, to bring this incredible work to the English speaking world by assisting with the book's translation and English publication. We hope that these efforts will further the reach and audience of the authentic ancient wisdom and knowledge of the Maya people, which has stood the test of time for millennia. |
